Welcome to Calma (Disscover). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use Calma. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent where required by law.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account, impersonate others, or create accounts for abusive purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post, stream, or send content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), fraudulent, or that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy rights. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or threaten community safety.
4. Community Features
Calma includes live streams, chat rooms, moments, direct messaging, gifts, follows, and profiles. You understand that content you publish may be visible to other users according to the feature you use. Use report and block tools when you encounter violations.
5. Virtual Items & Gems
- Gems and virtual gifts have no cash value outside the App.
- Purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and subject to Apple’s terms.
- Virtual items are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- We may modify gem pricing, gift catalog, or availability with reasonable notice where required.
6. User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Calma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the App’s features.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the App except as permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect users and the service.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Calma is a social platform, not a medical or mental-health treatment service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calma and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including user-generated content or third-party conduct.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calma from claims arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed through our Support channel.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may also be communicated in-app.
