How do I create an account?

Open Calma and tap Sign in with Apple or register with email. Complete profile setup with your display name and avatar. You must accept the User Agreement and Privacy Policy before continuing.

How do I join a live room or chat room?

From the Home tab, tap a live card to enter a live stream, or tap an emotional room card to join a chat room. Use the back button to leave; gifts and messages are saved according to our data policy.

How do gems and gifts work?

Gems are virtual currency purchased through Apple In-App Purchase in the Coin Shop. Gifts sent in live or chat rooms deduct gems and cannot be converted to cash. For billing issues, contact Apple Support with your receipt; for gem balance problems, contact us below with your account email.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap the more (⋯) menu on a profile, live room, moment, or chat. Choose Report or Add to Blacklist. Blocked users won't appear in your feeds. You can manage your block list in Settings → Block List.

How do I delete my account or content?

Delete your own moments or chat rooms from the About menu when you are the owner. To delete your entire account, go to Settings and follow account deletion. Data removal is processed within a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.

How do I send feedback?

In the app, open Settings → Feedback, describe your issue or suggestion, and submit. Our team reviews submissions regularly.

Technical requirements

Calma requires iOS 15 or later and an internet connection. Live video, uploads, and realtime features work best on Wi‑Fi or stable cellular networks.
